Projections 2009 will be showcasing a series of new works from 15 of Australias top emerging photographers in a dazzling high definition multimedia presentation on 30 foot high screens this May. This stunning culmination of the 2009 Projections photography competition ensures that the winners will be recognized by the creative and photographic industries as well as the public as Australias best emerging photographic talent. Featuring the 15 finalists from the Projections 09 photographic competition, this is some of the best and most dynamic visual imagery youll see this year.

This innovative approach of exhibiting stills in a cinematic environment accompanied by ambient soundtrack allows viewers to sit back and experience the best contemporary photography in Australia by the newest wave of hot talent. With highly successful screenings in 2006 and 2007 and with 2008 a sell out in Sydney and Melbourne, means 2009 is likely to sell out quickly.

Winner of best emerging Commercial Photographer, Art Photographer and Editorial Photographer will be announced on the night followed by an after party featuring DJs, food and drinks all included in the very recession friendly ticket price.
