SOMETHING ELSE - A MacMillan Sister Variety Show
Coming to you from the same womb
From a galaxy far, far away
A JDandyMcNoodleBumcheek Production
A variety show of music, poetry, comedy, and a whole lot of "SOMETHING ELSE"!
Who can harmonise better than sisters? Who can act and re-act better than two sisters? Who can be outrageous and goofy together like two sisters? Let's put them on stage together and see what happens...
Emma Flynn Dandy McGee has been shining on stages all across UK and Europe this year, touring with the hilarious fringe troupe 'The Hairy Godmothers'. The troupe's two inspiring, award-winning, five-star shows (the raunchy 'Dizney in Drag: Once Upon a Parody' and the empowering cabaret 'WET') received standing ovations in every city they were performed, much to Emma's delight - from Vienna to Reykjavík, from Prague to Edinburgh! Now she's back in town and hungry to play upon the stages of her Freo home again!
Earlier this year, Jamie Mac released her debut album 'The Twisted Tales We Tell Ourselves'. Hauntingly powerful, deeply rich and profound, this precious collection is a cornucopia of sound, delivering songs that range from the energetic and upbeat, to the slow, tender and soul-moving. This heartfelt project exploded upon the Freo scene in March and is now being listened to all around the world! Get amongst it! 😉
Come along for a night that'll fill your cup with all the good stuff as The MacMillan Sisters show YOU that they are really SOMETHING ELSE!!
