Kings of Men debut EP Performance
Supported by Insects & Teeth + Shedding

Tasmania’s Permafog storm through 2026 with their second release Kings of Men. A year since their debut full length saw the light of day, Kings of Men has been internationally debuted through 'Into The Necrosphere (UK)' webcast and unleashed nationally with a showcase performance at Necrosonic Festival Brisbane, noted as one of the festivals most exciting live acts.

Permafog are primed to keep this momentum charging with an exclusive release performance at Altar, Hobart, thus commemorating the release locally before announcing a slew of appearances next year across the Country. This is their final performance for 2026 supported by two of the islands most promising extreme acts - Insects & Teeth and Shedding.

PERMAFOG:
Permafog are a long standing, Black-Death collective from the south of Tasmania. Formed in 2014, featuring: Ryan Seaburn - Guitar, recording & production et al, Jason Peppiatt (current Psycroptic vocalist) - Guitar, David Lohan (ex-Portal, Carbon) Bass & Vocals, Ben Eaton on drums, front-man Lennard Christian - Vocals and
announcing Scott Lovell (Van Diemen); who joins the band on second guitar for vital performances while Jason tours with his side project. Permafog work tirelessly to ensure an extreme and
explosive live performance. 

A blizzard of live appearances over the last decade has seen Permafog take stage alongside such acts as Cavalera, Abigail, Psycroptic, Rivers of Nihil, Stalker, Ruins, Malignant Aura, Pestilential Shadows, King, Abramelin, and Bölzer to name just a few. 2024 saw the release of the band’s debut, self-titled full-length album, now backed by the follow-up release in July 2026 “Kings of Men” EP. With well earned experience
and presence to take on an ever increasing notoriety, Permafog are a consistent and persisting act set to continue their standing.

INSECTS & TEETH
Insects and Teeth are an extreme metal duo that take influence from Gorguts, Insect Warfare, Full of Hell, and Lightning Bolt. Combining elements of grindcore, dissonant death metal, and mathcore, their performances engulf the stage with a sudden ferocity that shows why they're one of the most exciting extreme bands in Tasmania.

SHEDDING:
Shedding is a death metal inspired band with influence from Carcass, Morbid angel, Sodom, Skinless and Dissection. These all blend into a hybrid mix of death metal, with slam riffs mixed with black metal melodies.
