IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Attendee ID
The FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH on the ticket must match the FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH on your ID presented at the time of entry. If the details have been tampered, your ticket/s will be cancelled and no refund provided.
Unless otherwise stated, entry to events is restricted to persons over 18 only.
In accordance with Australian venue, police & liquor licensing requirements, the following forms of identification are the only forms acceptable as evidence of age:
- a current Australian driver's licence with a photograph;
- a current passport with a photograph; or
- a Western Australian Proof of Age Card.

Re-Issues
Tickets may be re-issued 1 time, and incur a fee of $3 per ticket. Re-issues close 48 hours prior to the event. After re-issues have closed, you can no longer change the name on a ticket. A ticket can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket, upon presentation of photo ID.

Ticket limit
A maximum of 10 festival tickets can be bought per customer.
