No Fried Food.
No Ice cream.
No Chocolate & Lollies.
No Soft Drink & Alcohol.
No Chips & Biscuits.
No Cakes & Pastries.
No Processed Food.

Starts 1st June 2019 
Ends 30th June 2019

Can you go 30 days without eating any of these foods or drinking any of these drinks? 

The idea is to promote a healthier choice and develop a healthier relationship with food. Keep a food diary for the month and see what you’re doing with your eating habits. All from the comfort of your own home.

A way to see the start of the winter in a better mindset so we don’t get too comfortable and end up with too many spring rolls before summer.
