Raceday Office & Cloak Room

The Raceday Office is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Physical access begins at 10:00am, when gates open to Members and Owners. Phone support is available from 9:00am at (07) 3268 2179.

A cloak room is available at the office. Items must be collected within 30 minutes of the last race. Unclaimed items can be picked up during the week from the BRC Administration Office at Eagle Farm.

Dietary Requirements

Please note, if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au. 

Important Information

Please note, as Brisbane Racing Club is a licensed venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver licence. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).
