Taking inspiration from Chicago's defining names, such as Paul Johnson and Derrick Carter, Lee Foss has taken his city's sound and imparted his own soul. Moving to Ibiza lead Lee to new artistic challenges and also to Jamie Jones, his label partner at Hot Creation. Releases that have defined a new era on the island, across the electronic landscape, creating an eternal summer.

Giving his time purely to production, playing seminal venues Fabric (London) and Watergate (Berlin) and taking over a prolific Boiler Room set - Lee Foss has really done it all.

Within the heat of the Hot Creations imprint and his own Outcross Records, one finds Miguel Campbell and never forgets. With unique flair, Campbell cross references French house and Baltimore against a backdrop languid grooves.
Inimitable house nouveau.... 'Something Special' indeed.
