Grammy award winning multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer Jon Cleary returns for his first Australian tour in five years with his band The Absolute Monster Gentlemen, to celebrate twenty years since the band’s inception and first album.
 
 London born, but a longtime resident of New Orleans, Jon has enjoyed a dizzying career, having graced stages alongside Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal, Allen Toussaint, Dr John, Brian May, Robert Plant, D’Angelo, Eric Clapton, Mavis Staples, Boz Scaggs, James Taylor, Charles Brown, Ike Turner… The list goes on.
 
 With an exhaustive list of accolades and praise under his belt, Jon’s music continues to captivate audiences worldwide as he tours extensively with his band, while maintaining a robust local schedule in New Orleans.
 
 Australian fans will have the chance to witness Jon and The Absolute Monster Gentlemen as they make their jubilant return to venues across the country in May 2024.
