What do Elvis, Johnny Cash and Jamey Foxton have in common? They all recorded their debut singles at the legendary Sun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee. His latest release “Adam Blues” - charted in the top 1% on the Country charts and the music video has been picked up for broadcast across multiple television programs. Returning from the USA last year with his intoxicating single “You Rang My Bell”, there’s a simple reason why this, and every release since, has garnered high-rotation and adoration across the nation - Foxton knows how to tell a story.
His story is a rather fascinating one itself, weaving together the mysterious biographical zig-zag of a world class skateboarder and film producer turned music maker, whose golden tone truly sounds from a different era. Foxton's music has been described by one LA film director as simply “cinematic”. His live band is just as accomplished in its own right. Featuring bona fide Nashville veteran, Shawn Supra on upright bass; Enmore’s beloved bluesman, Drey Rollan on electrical guitar; film composer, Andreas Dominguez on keys; resident badass, Nochi Wakeford on drums, plus the finest lineup of special guests ever you laid eyes on!
The success of Foxton’s releases in such a short space of time has been echoed by the unexpected progression of his live act. Just weeks ago, he joined The Banks Brothers on stage at the Tamworth Country Music Festival for their big show, featuring additional talent from some of the finest country acts in Australia. The result was an electric ten-piece hoedown, described by one as “the best damn band in the land!”. Between releases Foxton has made appearances playing The Country Inner Western Festival that took over Newtown, The Shady Pines Saloon, Jolene's, Yulli's Brews, Austinmer, and has even been sighted in far north NSW, cheering up the friendly farmers of Chillingham.
While geography and age may vary, the same pattern of rooms filled with deep fruity laugher and dancing are indicative of Foxton’s trail.

Spanning the sonic contours of early rock’n’roll, 50’s prom, with lashings of doo-wop and barbershop all the way to the ragtime-y jingle of some killer blues straight outa’ a ramshackle bar on Beale Street.
