This will be 3 seperate sessions on Saturday afternoons.

Week 1 will focus on spacial awareness and basic stand up situations.
Week 2 will focus on some of the worse case scenarios where a potential attacker has taken you to the ground and put you in bad spot.
Week 3 we will sum it all up and do a bit of a recap of what we have covered.
Sessions will be around 60-75min long
Please wear appropriate active wear including socks !
