 A 4 course modern Chinese meal by Lee Ho Fook
 
 Proceeds will be donated to HEAT Training. HEAT supports young people to gain an accredited training qualification in hospitality, whilst preparing for the world of work or 

further education. HEAT is delivered over six months, providing a supportive environment for young people addressing long term barriers through engaging education and wellbeing supports.

 Young people will complete the program with increased confidence, self-esteem, solid employability skills and a strong vocational pathway.
