Widely acknowledged as one of the most prominent flag-bearers for Techno globally and a regular fixture inside the world’s most distinguished DJ booths. Deborah De Luca has already left an indelible mark on the music industry and she’s only just getting started.

170 RUSSELL - COVID SAFE INFORMATION 

170 Russell is required to operate under the Victorian State Government vaccination mandate. Therefore, as outlined in the Victorian Roadmap, only patrons, staff and artists who are double vaccinated against Covid-19 will be able to enter the venue. 

Customers are required to check-in via the Service Victoria App as they enter the venue and have their proof of vaccination checked. 

The venue will be taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:
- Hand sanitiser dispensers
- Regular sanitising of the venue and full clean between sittings
