The Triffid are proud to host the winning Most Outstanding Band live  performances from the recent premiere high school music event in Brisbane, The Battle of the Rock Bands. This annual event was organised and hosted by Clairvaux MacKillop College at Mt Gravatt and when hosted in early October 2021,  20 High Schools bands performed over 2 nights. 

The winning performing bands appearing at The Triffid in 2021 are GF United (St John Fisher College), We Build Spaceships (Brisbane Boys College), The Crocs (Wynnum SHS),  Auxilium (Clairvaux MacKillop College).  We also welcome a special guest performance from Vegas Rayz.  A great night of musical performances is guaranteed.
