A personal message from Ainslie:

It is with a heavy heart I let you know after hours and hours of set preparation and behind the scenes work by some beautiful people, plans made and tickets bought, I am absolutely shattered to let you know that my show on Sunday will be rescheduled because I have Covid. ðŸ˜±

In light of recent world events, this is nothing, but I’m still disappointed not to be singing for you on Sunday. The good news is we can be together soon. We have rescheduled the show for a lunchtime matinee show on Sunday 17th December.

I hope to celebrate the end of the year with you all then. The venue will be in touch about the postponed date and any questions you might have.

Sending love from me to you, big big love.

Ainslie Wills: Piano and voice; intimate and conversational.

Bringing with her an offering of new songs from her forthcoming EP as well as re-imagined ones from her back catalogue, Ainslie Wills will be up close and personal (solo with a piano) at Brunswick Ballroom for her first performance since lockdown and also becoming a Mother.

With very special guest… in conversation with Penny Moodie (author of The Joy Thief)

Penny is a writer, OCD advocate  and mum of three tiny people. She has a background in media and communications and has previously worked as a communications specialist in the mental health, non-profit and health communications sectors. Penny has a Masters of Global Media Communications. She lives in Melbourne with her kids, husband, and a disastrously naughty black Labrador. Penny co-created the website soocd.com.au to help others to navigate the world of OCD.

This event is part of ALWAYS LIVE, a 17-day state-wide celebration of contemporary live music supported by the Victoria Government through Visit Victoria.

We are proud to be teaming up with ALWAYS LIVE to help raise funds for their 2023 charity partner Support Act. This means that $1 from each ticket sold will be going directly to Support Act and the amazing work they do with music workers, artists and crew.
