LARGE CAMPSITE UPGRADE PASS - 1 PASS PER VEHICLE

IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE A LARGE CAMPSITE UPGRADE PASS YOU MUST HAVE A VALID SOUTHBOUND 2015 CAMPING TICKET

There are no refunds for customers who purchase a Large Campsite Upgrade Pass but do not have a valid pre-purchased Southbound 2015 Camping Ticket.

To ensure we allocate enough space for everyone, please ensure you provide us with the dimensions of your vehicle or campsite. Look out for the questions as you purchase your upgrade pass.

Only patrons who have a valid Southbound 2015 Camping Ticket will be allowed entry into the camping area.

Patrons agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and entry to the festival:

• Anyone intending to bring large tents that do not fit within the standard camping area allocated of 38.5 sqm (with vehicle included) must pre-purchase a large campsite upgrade.

• Anyone intending to bring RVs (eg. Winnebagos, motor homes) and camper trailers must pre-purchase a large campsite camping upgrade.

• Caravans and large buses are not permitted.

• One large campsite upgrade ticket is required for every vehicle accessing the large campsite camping area and is valid for single entry only.

• The large campsite camping area is a separate area, away from the tent zone.

• RVs and camper trailers will need to be self-sufficient and self-contained for power and water.

• Alcohol is not permitted in the campground.

• Security checks will take place on all vehicles (and bags) entering the campground.

• Large vehicle camp sites are allocated upon arrival at the sole discretion of Southbound staff. Ticket holders cannot choose their own site.

• For safety reasons, once parked, vehicles in the campground cannot be moved until 6.00am on Monday 5 January. Please use the camper's shuttle buses if you wish to leave the festival to go into Busselton.
