Rock 4 Regal is a series of events around Australia to raise money for Motor

Neurone Disease research though the power of music.

R4R was started by Den Murray after his close friend; Adam Regal was diagnosed

with MND at the young age of 30. Adam had only just lost his father to the disease

12 months earlier and has also lost an Uncle to MND.

Currently there is no known cure for this debilitating, terminal neurological disease

that causes death between 1-5 years after diagnoses in most cases. MND does not

discriminate against race, age, wealth or health. It can target anyone at any time.

This year's Wollongong R4R will be held at the Wollongong Uni Bar which will

feature Glenn Esmond from The Butterfly Effect. Local band "The Conspiracy Plan"

are dusting off the cobwebs and coming out of retirement to also play this event with Furious Monk, Mac Tango and 

other acts TBA shortly.

The cure is just around the corner and rocking out at the Wollongong Uni Bar on

Saturday 18 th of March can be that little step closer.

All proceeds made at R4R will be donated to helping find a cure for MND.
