*****EXCITING VENUE ANNOUNCEMENT*****
This event will be held on a private rooftop terrace smack bang on the river in Brisbane's Central Business District, above it all! This stunning location has never been used for an event of this size and proportion and we're VERY lucky to have secured this spot and so excited to present and share this event with you! The use of this venue is a one time only opportunity so don't miss out...! We expect plenty of smiles, positive intentions and your desire to socialise, dance, play and enjoy!

*****LOCATION / TRANSPORT*****
The venue we have selected to use is highly accessible from all forms of transport. There is plenty of car parking and Public Transport (Bus / Train / Ferry) options around the venue and a short walk to the centre of the Brisbane city.

Well that no fun is it....!? This is an exclusive event, outdoors, under city lights and stars, overlooking the river.... That's all were giving away for now!! We're keeping this under wraps for a while. Exact address and entry details will be released on the day of the event (Sunday 14th May) between the hours of 12pm - 3pm here:


*****LIMITED TICKETS / VENUE CAPACITY*****
Please note this event has a strict 150 person capacity.
Admission is with a pre-purchased ticket ONLY.
Absolutely NO door sales! We urge you to prepare early.

*****DATE / TIME / ENTRY*****
Sunday 14th May
The fun begins at 2pm and concludes at 8pm sharp.
(Entry between 1:30pm - 3:30pm ONLY)
Please make sure to arrive early.

*****BYO*****
This is a BYO food and beverage event.
Feel free to bring a small esky / cooler bag, water, hat, sunscreen and possibly an umbrella for shade.

Please respect the venue we're providing, keep rubbish to a minimum and use bins provided.

Absolutely NO glass!
All beverages consumed on the rooftop terrace must be in containers other than glass. ie; plastic bottles, cups and aluminium cans. If spirits or wine is your preference please transfer this into an alternative vessel.
It is a condition of entry, that Security check all bags and eskies for glass. If you have it you will not be allowed to bring it inside the venue.

Please drink responsibly.
We encourage safe and respectful behaviour! Any excessively drunk, anti-social, violent or dick head behaviour will lead to your immediate ejection from the event. This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated and will be dealt with by security and then taken up with the police.

** UPDATE FOR WEATHER ***
Just reminding every one to take the proper procedures in relation to weather this Sunday.
Knowing Brisbane, it maybe a mixture of hot, cold, rain or windy.
So bring sunscreen, a hat, jumper etc.
The current forecast can change. So with that in mind, please use common sense.... dont bring your 2m wide golf umbrella, a plastic poncho will be more then effective.

****FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF STAFF AND SECURITY ***
There will be licensed security onsite the whole day. You are to follow the directions of them and other staff members.
Failure to do so will result in ejection and no refund from the event.

*** RUBBISH ***
There will be plenty of bins and recycle bins provided.
Please put all rubbish in bins and take everything else with you.
These events require everyone helping out and respecting the area we are in.

*** THROWING OBJECTS/ BEHAVIOUR ***
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANYTHING TO BE THROWN OVER THE SIDE, INCLUDING CIGARETTE BUTTS, ICE/LIQUIDS.
Circumstances of aggravation (e.g. assaulting or threatening to assault another person, damaging property or
throwing rocks or bottles) will attract high penalties(maximum penalty: $18,150 or 3 years' imprisonment).
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED- ANYONE SEEN DOING THIS WILL BE EJECTED IMMEDIATELY.
