Australia's Number One Trance DJ Announces New Show

MaRLo, our local hero, the one we proudly call our own, the man flying the flag for Australian trance worldwide, playing all the major festivals and events is taking the next step in his journey.

"It feels like the right time to bring you my own show and what better place to launch, than where it all began for me, Australia."

MaRLo has spent years crafting his own unique sound that is now recognisable worldwide. He is an artist who refuses to be pigeonholed into a style of trance, instead preferring to describe his music as "The MaRLo Sound" And that is exactly what you can expect from these shows.

"I will be playing extended sets which will take you through my evolution of music, from my early days right through to the harder and faster 'tech energy' sound."

The shows will include a special tech energy component which will be the first time he plays this sound to an Australian audience after doing a select few shows around the world. Tech Energy sets have been requested by trance fans all over the world and he is thrilled to be bringing this extra element to these shows.

MaRLo played his first ever gig in Sydney, Australia. No promoter would book him, so he and his friends got together and put on a small club event so that they could share their music. That club night was called Altitude. What better name for the shows where he takes centre position in some of Australia's largest indoor venues than the name that started it all.
