The Late Show and Too Much are proud to present their first 2013 special at Revolver Upstairs featuring a duo we've been trying to pin down for a few years now - Night Slugs founders L-Vis 1990 and Bok Bok.

The Night Slugs brand has numerous outlets (London club night, label, radio show) fusing international gutter house styles with London’s unique soundsystem heritage emphasizing innovation, breaking new producers, debuting fresh tracks, uncompromising bass weight and dancefloor-friendly vibe. The Night Slugs record label is well established at the forefront of innovative and progressive electronic music, responsible for some of the biggest club releases of the last three years (whilst debuting the artists responsible) from Lil’ Silva’s rugged grime interpretation ‘Pulse vs. Flex’ to Jam City’s liquid industrial banger ‘Magic Drops’ and of course the inescapable nature of Girl Unit’s massive ‘Wut’, Night Slugs is crystal club music for the stars and beyond.

L-Vis 1990 and Bok Bok bring with them phenomenal personal reputations as both DJs and producers of the highest calibre with a string of game changing releases delving deep into grime/funky/house/techno territories and their now legendary back to back DJ sets which have destroyed stages of all imaginable sizes across several continents.

We're very excited to announce Dro Carey as our special guest at this show. This will (finally) be the Melbourne debut from the enigmatic young Sydney-based producer behind the Dro Carey and Tuff Sherm monikers that have gained such notoriety after a string of hot releases on label including The Trilogy Tapes, Ramp, Tamplar Sound and Ikonika's Hum + Buzz.

L-Vis 1990, Bok Bok and Dro Carey play Revolver Upstairs on Saturday 23rd February with The Late Show residents and Too Much supporting, plus more to be announced.
