Jeff Rosenstock Plus Guests: Antarctigo Vespucci & Camp Cope Thurs Mar 3, 2016 Enigma Bar

No stranger to Australian shores, New York's Jeff Rosenstock will return to Australia in March to promote his recent solo album We Cool? Having toured with his band Bomb The Music Industry in 2012 & 2013, before returning the following year to produce The Smith Street Band's third album Throw Me In The River, this will be Jeff Rosenstock's 4th trip to Australia.

Released in March of 2015, his second solo album, and first on the SideOneDummy label, We Cool? was universally met with rave reviews across the world, with The Music boasting, "it's fast, fun, intelligent pop-punk of the highest order." The album saw a relentless touring schedule ensue, including shows with Alkaline Trio, Modern Baseball and PUP. Riding the momentum and playing songs off the album for the first time in Australia, Rosenstock will be backed by Bruce Lee Band drummer Kevin Higuchi and former Bomb The Music Industry bassist John DeDomenici.

If that wasn't enough, making the most of his time down-under, Rosenstock will use the tour as an opportunity to present his collaboration with Chris Farren - Antarctigo Vespucci. Formed in early 2014 as a one off recording project when Farren was visiting Brooklyn, the power-pop band have since released two EPs and an album. This will be Farren's second trip to Australia, having played in support of The Gaslight Anthem in 2015. A career defining tour, between stolen moments of sound checks, lobby calls and flights across the country, he miraculously managed to write and record his EP Where U Are.

Joining Jeff Rosenstock and Antarctigo Vespucci on all dates will be Melbourne buzz-band Camp Cope. Recently signed to the Poison City record label and with their debut album set for release in April, the trio have quickly forged a reputation as the band to watch in 2016.
