One of the leading stars of Stereosonic for the past two summers, Dash Berlin is coming back for his own shows. The tour, presented by Stereo's creators Totem Onelove, sees the Dutchman touch down for 1 weekend as part of the #Musicislife world circuit.

As Dash puts it: "It's virtually impossible to make progress without the continuing support of the people. I can't wait to play a long set and do my thing in Australia and return my thanks to the fans. It's going to be special."

"It's usually the little things that move me the most," Dash says of how he approaches music. "Tiny details that somehow resonate in tune with your inner emotions. I like little imperfections in a voice or a nice analogue-sounding distortion; anything that makes it more human."

He knows how to control a crowd, too. "It doesn't matter what genre or who's behind the decks, or what the preferred technology is that is being used, when the crowd goes nuts, it's mission accomplished," he added.

There is no doubt that Dash Berlin's music is polished and expertly produced. The percussion is crisp and bright, the baselines chunky and aggressive and he balances his vocals beautifully amidst typical trance lashings of reverb and delay.
