(This event is Pokémon & Japanese Anime/Pop Culture oriented - 50/50 split)

- Every convention we hold, we have a interesting range of different traders selling merchandise from both Pokémon and various other genres. This time, we will be expanding our range and looking for traders from any genre related to Japanese Anime and Pop Culture!

POKÉMON VIDEO GAME TOURNAMENTS
DAY 1 Saturday October 10th:
- Registrations 10.30am - 11.00am
- Tournament Begins 11.10am
- 30 minute break 2.00pm - 2.30pm
- Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire games only
- 6v6 in all battle formats (excluding mix battles unless judges say otherwise) (round 1 singles, round 2 doubles etc.)
- ONLY DRAGON TYPE POKÉMON ALLOWED (Pokémon that have Mega evolutions with Dragon type are NOT allowed)
- The item Soul Dew is banned.
- All legendaries are banned
- Pokémon above Level 50 will be brought down to 50 for the match while those below 50 will stay as is
- Swiss Format with a Top 8 cut
- All rounds (including finals) are a best of 3 over 30 minutes.
- Pentagon Rule: All Pokémon must have the blue pentagon on their stats page indicating they were caught, bred, or received as an official gift in Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire
- Species Clause: No two Pokémon on your team can share the same Pokédex number
- Item Clause: No two Pokémon on your team can hold the same held item

DAY 2 Sunday October 11th:
- Registrations 10.30am - 11.00am
- Tournament Begins 11.10am
- 30 minute break 2.00pm - 2.30pm

- All rounds are a best of 1 over 30 minutes
- All finals are a best of 3 over 60 minutes

SUPER SMASH BROS. WII U TOURNAMENTS
DAY 1 Saturday October 10th:
- Registration 10.30am - 11.00am
- Tournament Begins 11.10am
- 30 minute break 1.30pm - 2.00pm
- PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CONTROLLER ALONG (some will be provided but it is best to bring your own otherwise you may risk playing with a controller you don't regularly use)
- All Characters allowed
- Amiibos banned
- All Stages allowed
- ONLY BUMPER ITEM ON HIGH (all other items off)
- Swiss Format with a Top 8 cut
- All rounds will consist of 4 player matches, 10 minute time limit, unlimited lives (meaning you must beat your opponents as many times as possible)
- You will gain points based on your position (1st - 1 point, 2nd - 2 points etc) and the lower your overall point score, the higher the chance of finishing in the top 8.

DAY 2 Sunday October 11th:
- Registration 10.30am - 11.00am
- Tournament Begins 11.10am
- 30 minute break 1.30pm - 2.00pm
- PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CONTROLLER ALONG (some will be provided but it is best to bring your own otherwise you may risk playing with a controller you don't regularly use)

- All rounds will consist of 4 player matches, 10 minute time limit, 4 stock (meaning you must knock out all opponents until they run out of lives)

LEARN TO PLAY DUNGEON'S & DRAGON'S TABLE
- There will be a Learn to Play D&D table running over the course of Saturday and Sunday. This will give you the opportunity to learn about the game and try it out too!

LEARN TO PLAY SWITCH TABLE & TOURNAMENTS
- There will be a Learn to Play Switch table running over the course of Saturday and Sunday. This will give you the opportunity to learn about the game and try it out too!
- Switch will also be running tournaments over Saturday and Sunday. For more information, keep an eye on their page for times and conditions!

TIME CHASERS TABLE
- You will be able to play Time Chasers on Saturday and Sunday! There will be more information regarding times and conditions through their page as the event gets closer!

COSPLAY COMPETITION
- Registration 10.00am - 12.00pm
- Cosplay Competition Begins 1.00pm
- Competition will go over two days with the winners announced on day 2.
- If you'd like a video to play while you are cosplaying, please bring a usb with what you'd like shown to the cosplay registration table and it will be set up for the competition!
- Both singles and groups are fighting for the same prize!

Cosplayers will be rewarded points for:
- Quality of cosplay
- Acting like their chosen character
- Relating their cosplay character to the theme of dragons (either by cosplaying a character relating to the theme or creating an interesting scenario that incorporates it into an genre without it!)
- Audience reactions & more secret things!

FRIDAY NIGHT POKÉMON BINGO!

SATURDAY NIGHT DRAGON BALL (18+)

RAFFLES
- You will be able to enter our raffle to win a chance at a big prize! Each day will have a different grand prize so make sure you enter to be in with a chance!

GIVEAWAYS
- We will be randomly giving away things at random points during the event! Make sure you pay attention to everything going on otherwise you might miss out!

SPECIAL GUESTS & PANELS
- We are bringing you some special guests who will be running panels on their experience in given fields and they will provide you with interesting information you won't hear from anyone else!
- Keep an eye out for posts about who is coming!
- The panels titles, times and dates will be announced shortly after a guest announcement!

CINEMA
- Our fan favourite cinema will be playing 4-6 movies over the weekend. These films are from Japan and have been given good reviews worldwide.
- The films and their time and dates will be announced closer to the event date!
