When Slim Dusty passed on in 2003 the heavy title of country music's "national treasure" was passed onto Chad.

Following the acclaimed 2011 documentary " I'm Not Dead, Yet" spearheaded by Tex Perkins of The Cruel Sea and Beasts of Bourbon , Chads career has taken on a new resurgence and acknowledgement with his influence of many contemporary artists of the country , pop, punk and metal genres alike !

Small wonder many of acts of today have cited him as Australia's first true punk rocker!

Join him in special rare one off performance in Adelaide with special guests The Muirs, originally from Goulburn Valley in Victoria but now based on the Gold Coast . The Muirs came to the attention of the legendary Chad Morgan at one of his shows and have since been touring the country as his support act, performing at all the major festivals.

Doors open at 7 sharp and The Muirs and Chad Morgan will hit the stage at 8pm , bookended by a heartfelt gathering of enthusiastic local acts from all aspects of the music spectrum , performing unplugged to pay tribute to the highly influential Chad Morgan.

Doors open at 7 sharp with opening local acts The Pro Tools , Badge Club , solo artist Piers Diprose followed by The Muirs at 8:00 sharp with Chad onstage by 8:30.

With local country acts Hellbound and Proud and The Cut Snakes onstage at 10:30.
