Zambrero have added vegan cheese to the menu

Mexican-inspired fast food chain Zambrero has introduced vegan cheese to their permanent menu across Australia.  Partnered with vegan brand Mylife, they now offer customers can now add Cheddar Flavour Biocheese to a number of menu items.

Plant-based options are appearing on menus all over the country as demand for alternatives to meat, dairy and egg grows. Hungry Jacks now have a vegan burger, Woolies sell vegan mince, and completely plant-based fast food chain Lord Of The Fries continues to expand. Gone are the days of removing half the ingredients in a menu item so it suits your dietary choices.

The Biocheese is made from coconut oil and is free of soy and palm oil. You can add it to most menu items for $1 (except nachos, to which it can be added for $2). Zambrero also offers vegetarian and gluten free options, none of which taste like cardboard or clag glue. Belissimo!
