Watch: Thelma Plum Celebrates NAIDOC Week With A Special Collaborative Live At The Wireless Concert
In celebration of NAIDOC Week and Ausmusic Month, Thelma Plum enlisted some of her favourite indigenous artists including Jesswar and Tia Gostelow to help put a fresh spin on her original tracks for a special collaborative concert.
Recorded at Brisbane's Old Museum as a special edition of triple j's Live At The Wireless, the concert featured a cast of special guests revamping material from Thelma's debut album 'Better In Blak'.
Watch some of the highlights from the concert HERE, including Thelma's goosebump-inducing rendition of 'Better In Blak', which made Hottest 100 history earlier this year.
P.S. triple j will also be hosting 24 hours of the best Independent Indigenous Australian artists on triplejunearthed.com, running from midnight to midnight this Saturday 14 November!
This year's NAIDOC Week theme is Always Is, Always Will Be. You can learn more about it here: https://www.naidoc.org.au/.
