Meatstock returns to Sydney Showground on 1-2 May 2026 adding to the Australian Tour, which also hits Toowoomba on 10-11 April and Gippsland on 17-18 April. The festival will once again fuse the country's best pitmasters with world class performers, bringing together the heavy, the soulful, the iconic and the up-and-coming, delivering a weekend built for fans who come for the music as much as the meat.

Beyond iconic music, Meatstock remains a true carnivore's dream, featuring everything fans love about the festival. This year will see Heat Beads BBQ Wars, World Butcher Wars, PBR Bull Riding and more!

Victoria, get ready to fire it up! Meatstock is coming to the rolling hills of Gippsland on Fri 17 Apr - Sat 18 Apr, promising an epic sensory overload of world class barbecue and a star-studded country music lineup.
