ZELLEN is a solo artist, multi-instrumentalist and bedroom synth-pop producer. Her music conjures dreamy nostalgia through a hypnotic blend of electronica and indie-pop with arresting vocals and choruses that will stick in your skull.

Most at ease tinkering in a dark studio, Zellen’s array of influences come together in nuanced crafting, warping and editing to create fresh and intriguing sounds. Her songs emerge from these explorations, each one an intricate, handcrafted postcard from a mesmerising inner world.

Following the release of her debut EP ‘Not Fashion’ Zellen will be playing at the Gasometer upstairs on Wednesday July 24th.

EFFIGY OF JEAN is a Melbourne based singer and producer of experimental electro-pop who has discovered that it is more economical to unload her anxieties onto a pirated copy of Ableton Live, than to invest in any real psychotherapy.
