For You Am I, the history and love that they have for the city of Sydney and its rock music fans runs very very deep. So to return home for 1 big show, accompanied by old and dear friends, outdoors on a hot summers night sound about exactly right for a hometown show.

After a 9 year hiatus, Magic Dirt are champing at the bit to get back on the road and the band are super happy to be doing this special show with one of their closest and much loved peers, who came up at the same time in the OZ music scene, the legendary You Am I. The two bands first met in the early 90's amongst the detritus and smoke, fire and angst of the pre-grunge era. Along the way, You Am I and Magic Dirt have toured and played countless shows together, sharing a special camaraderie, many beers, much sweat, wild shows and backstage shenanigans. This will be an incredibly special show, one not to be missed!

With a massive last twelve months, Maddy Jane's breakout singles 'Thank You and Sorry' and 'Drown It Out' have received huge airplay on national station JJJ. After successful supports with the likes of Tash Sultana, Maddy Jane will now take to the Twilight stage.

Maddy Jane, is a current recipient of the American Express Music Backers Grant Program - an initiative dedicated to supporting the Australian music industry by giving artists, venues, businesses and fans the opportunity to share in a grant program valued at $1 million.
