Y&O Sundays return for another week, this time teaming up with our good friends over at Queer Space! With a killer lineup of local queer talent, drag shows and DJ's to come , this is gonna be big. Queer Space runs local queer parties and events, and believes in creating safe/artistic nightlife spaces for everyone.

The iconic independent Australian artist broke through with his ukulele anthem Stupid in 2013 and then went on to create one of the most anthemic electro-pop releases of 2016 with funbang1. The E.P sparked three singles and one global controversy for his music video House of Air which the New Yorker quoted, "Should never be viewed in any public setting."

His second album, And The Boyfriends is streaming now on Spotify.

Hailing from the seaside city of Wollongong, India was first introduced to playing music by her grandmother who taught her the art of piano. A versatile artist, India went on to become a classically trained pianist while spending spare time writing songs inspired by the likes of Regina Spektor and Aussie favourites Angus and Julia Stone.

After studying Jazz at university, she formed and played in several bands pushing out both neo-soul and funk persuasions, leading her to the next chapter of her blossoming music career. "I love writing pop because I think it's what I need at this time in my life - something that I can dance to and have fun with."

I enjoy making music and videos then putting them on the internet because it gets stuff out of my head and makes me feel better.

I'm a teenage girl in Wollongong and I have been playing gigs and doing musicals and stuff for a fair while.
