Hideous Sun Demon are a Melbourne based / Perth born rock band with an enduring history and an exciting future.
The band has released 3 LPs and 2 EPs, powering tours through Australia, NZ and Europe, gaining them a niche, but
dedicated following over their seven year life. The trio's reputation remains strong with their razor sharp, aggressive
performances and their continually evolving, yet highly individualistic approach to songwriting.

Their first LP, Sweat (2014), was released independently, with lead single "Moan for Jesus" reaching #2 in the
AMRAP Metro Charts. Their 2nd LP Industry Connections (2016, Pilerats / Warner Australia), was produced by King
Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard's Stu Mackenzie, and received coverage by NME and Rolling Stone. Their 3rd LP
Fame Erotic Dream (2018, Hell Beach Records), received a modest amount of Australian press coverage including a
single feature as well as guest programming spot on ABC's Rage. Their most recent release, the 4 track EP Good
Time (2019, Hell Beach) is their first under the new Melbourne line up. Recorded at Silk Road Studios and produced
by Paul French, this effort sees the band's highest production release yet. A delve into a new post punk sound, yet
still as energetic, sarcastic and beautifully obscure as the classic Hideous Sun Demon.

Many large headline laps of the country over earned the recognition for Laneway Festival (2015), Big Sound (2016),
Volumes Fest (2016) and three repeat appearances at Gizzfest (2015, 2016, 2017). The band has also opened for
the likes of King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, The Murlocs and Thee Oh Sees, as well as a main support slot on a
sold out national tour with Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. Most recently the band conducted a 17 date tour across 5
European countries, working with French/English based agency Futile Bookings. High energy, electric and dive
shows, as well as some larger appearances made a successful first tour of Europe, landing the band a release of
their Fame Erotic Dream LP by French label French Wine Records, which sold out within 2 months. There are plans
to return to Europe in due time.

Horsin' Around are an up and coming Indie Rock four piece based in Wollongong. Their music will get you groovin' and movin' until your feet are bruisin'. 

- Corey Legge    

Corey Legge plays heartfelt alt-country and folk-rock, drawing influence from growing up in the small country town of Bega on the Far South Coast of NSW. The 26 year old singer-songwriter recently released his debut album 'Driving out of Eden', which was recorded in New Zealand with award-winning producer Ben Edwards (Julia Jacklin, Marlon Williams) after having received a prestigious Young Regional Artist Scholarship.

'Driving out of Eden' was 'Song of the Week' on Blues and Roots Radio worldwide in March 2019, and was played multiple times on both Triple J and Double J. Legendary US singer-songwriter James Taylor recently shared a video of Corey performing, along with the link to Corey's debut album.

Corey Legge is set to tour Europe for the first time in May-June 2020, off the back of international radio airplay and positive album reviews.
