Yakka's Education Station!

After a long hiatus, our masterclasses are returning! These are intimate events seated around a communal long table in a 1920's dancehall. We've got a lineup of passionate people to come talk about a region or wine topic that they're excited about, while guiding you through a tasting of wines from around the world with some cheese & charcuterie as you go.

#5 is Old World vs New World of Wine w/ Mitch Millen of Principal Wines

This masterclass will traverse from Central Otago, NZ to Alsace, France and Adelaide Hills to Tuscany, exploring the history behind these wine worlds.

Tickets are $40+bf and include the guided tasting of 6 wines + light snacks, and a discount on any bottles purchased for takeaway on the night.

Thursday 11.11.24 6.30 - 8pm @ Yakka, Port Kembla

Feel free to stick around afterwards and there'll be the option to have dinner delivered from some of Port Kembla's favourite food establishments and for a glass of wine (these are optional and to be purchased separately).
