A night of great banter and and masterful musicianship.

We Mavericks

Comprised only of a foot-stomping kiwi girl and a Riverina country boy, We Mavericks make music that’s magically more than the sum of its parts. With challenging originals, entertaining stories and incredible energy, this new duo pack emotional punches but bring songs to heal the scars.

Performing with a trademark tightness and crazy connection, they have made a bold mark on both sides of the Tasman after only a year of shows- Compared with duos from Americana legends Welch and Rawlings, to our own Angus and Julia Stone, We Mavericks steep and fast rise to festival stages has seen them nominated Best Folk Artist 2020” in the NZ Music Awards, recipients of Australias Troubadour Foundation Award 2020, and folk favourites wherever they go. For more, see wemavericks.com.au
