About Wanderlust True North

Who are Wanderlust?

Since 2009 Wanderlust has been dedicated to understanding, expanding and redefining personal wellness. By bringing together leaders in mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, and holistic health, we have connected everyday people across the globe to wellness rituals that help them find their true north through our events and experiences. 

To enhance this wellness journey, in 2021 Wanderlust supplements and wholefoods was launched. Our range of naturopathically formulated, plant-active, vegan and sustainable capsules, powders and herbal liquids are available at pharmacies and health food stores nationwide.  

What is True North?

Wanderlust True North is a transformational wellness experience set in the stunning surrounds of the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne.  We invite you to join us on a journey of connection, joy and inspiration — coupled with a healthy dose of mental and physical practise.

We will move together through a star-studded, all-levels program of live music, yoga, meditation, and inspirational stories, exploring the intersection of practice, art and in-person community. 

At the end of our journey, spend time connecting with our vibrant, conscious community and visit our curated market stalls and don't forget to sample the complimentary Wanderlust tinctures.

What is included in my ticket?

All tickets include access to the event. Before and after the journey, spend time visiting our curated market stalls and don't forget to sample the complimentary Wanderlust tinctures.

Root tickets do not include reserved mat placement. There will be space for everyone, but come early to have a choice of spots. Plus you will receive one complimentary Wanderlust supplement to pick up at the practice area.

Heart tickets include reserved mat placement, but you’ll still need bring your own yoga mat. You can also purchase one at the Wanderlust Shop if you prefer (limited stock). You will find one Wanderlust supplement waiting for you in the practice area to sample for a full sensory experience and pick up your gift bag with 2 additional supplements next to the Wanderlust shop. Your access code for 3 months of free Wanderlust TV will be emailed to you after the event.

Third Eye tickets include a complimentary brand new Wanderlust non-slip black yoga mat with a supportive 5mm thickness and comes with a carry strap to easily transport between practice. Measures 181cm X 61cm. And we’ll unroll it for you in a reserved prime centre area at the front of stage. You will find one Wanderlust supplement waiting for you on your mat to sample for a full sensory experience and pick up your gift bag with 2 additional supplements next to the Wanderlust shop. Your access code for a free year of Wanderlust TV will be emailed to you after the event.

Crown tickets include the Third Eye benefits (mat in centre, gift bag, and a year of Wanderlust TV) but also comes with $1,500 of Wanderlust supplements — that’s a year’s supply. Straight after the event, we’ll email you a gift code that you can redeem for $1500 worth of Wanderlust supplements on our online store.

What Wanderlust supplements will I receive with my ticket?

Root tickets will receive one of Wanderlust’s most-loved naturopathically formulated supplements as a complimentary gift.

Heart & Third Eye tickets will receive a complimentary Wanderlust gift bag and three supplements to help your mind with clarity, invigorate you to move & ensure you feel restored. One will be waiting for you on your mat to sample for a full sensory experience and two will be in your gift bag to pick up.

Brahmi: Traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to improve memory recall, support mental clarity and promote intelligence.

Fully Charged: Traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to boost energy levels and in Western Herbal Medicine to increase mental alertness.

Valerian: Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce nervous tension and relieve sleeplessness.

 Who is this event for?

Wanderlust True North is an inclusive event suitable for adults and older teens of any fitness level. Prior experience with yoga or meditation is not required. Children under 14 cannot attend. Between the ages of 14-17 you must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and everyone requires a ticket for entry. 

We welcome anyone with a disability as our space is accessible. If you require assistance, please ask any staff member for help.

How long is the event?

Doors open at 2.30pm, one hour before the event begins, come early to set up your mat and enjoy our market stalls. The event starts at 3.30 pm and is approximately 2.5 hours long, with time afterwards to browse our market stalls and mingle with your fellow community. Doors close at 7 pm and don’t forget to sample the complimentary Wanderlust tinctures.

Can I arrive late and still get entry?

 We ask that all participants arrive at the start of the program so that you do not disturb other guests. Our doors will open 1 hour prior so that you have plenty of time to arrive, sign in and place your yoga mat.

We may allow late arrivals to access the event at our discretion, but to minimize disruption to other patrons, you will not be able to take to your mat space except during the brief changeovers between speakers, teachers and artists. We appreciate your respect for the practice and hope you will arrive early.

What to bring / not to bring?

Bring: A yoga mat to sit and practice on unless you have purchased our Third Eye and Crown Ticket, which includes a brand-new complimentary mat. You may also purchase a Wanderlust yoga mat at our on-site Wanderlust merchandise stand.

Dress to move for yoga and wear layers to stay warm or cool. And don't forget to remove your shoes  before you come to the practice area. 

Bring water or a water bottle that can be refilled on-site at our water filling stations.

 Not to Bring: Any valuables or large bulky bags or belongings. Or use our on-site bag check for a small fee to support our charity partner Igniting Change.

Do not bring food or unsealed drinks.

Will there be food or drinks?

Our vendor lineup isn't yet final, but we expect to offer artisanal healthy food at some of our curated market stalls — more info to come. 

Water refilling stations are available on site, so please bring your own water bottle.  

Is there seating at this event?

If you’re comfortable sitting for 45 minutes, it’s best to enjoy the experience from your yoga mat. We have plenty of thick yoga blankets which can be folded to create seating support or stay warm, but you may also bring your own cushion and blanket too.

 If you are uncomfortable sitting on a mat, we have a limited quantity of meditation cushions available as a first-come offer. In addition, we can offer chairs to those who have placed their mats on the sides or the back of the practice area. Please ask a staff member on-site if you’d like one.

We welcome anyone with a disability as our space is accessible.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Wanderlust True North tickets are transferrable. They are non-refundable, except in specific situation. If the event is cancelled for any reason, including due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will offer you a full refund. If the event proceeds as planned, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange only in the following situation: 

• If you or a member of your party has a confirmed, documented case of COVID-19 within 14 days of the event date; or
  
  

• You or a member of your party have COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of the event date and test positive within two weeks thereafter. The symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, or loss of sense of smell.

You must contact us as soon as possible if you or a member of your booking party falls into any of these categories. We will request proof of your test results.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, but we suggest buying your Wanderlust True North tickets in advance so you don’t miss out, as the event will sell out. Please check our website or social media in regards to ticket availability prior to attempting to purchase at the event. 

What is Wanderlust TV?

Wanderlust TV delivers your daily practice anytime and anywhere. Explore thousands of  live and on-demand yoga, meditation, fitness and breathwork classes led by renowned teachers from Wanderlust festivals around the world.

All Wanderlust TV bundles will receive an access code by email post event.

Where can I collect my ticket product bundle gift bag?

All Wanderlust supplements included in your ticket offerings can be picked up next to the Wanderlust store on site, please show your ticket for collection.
