The next installment of the Valtosesh is a comin'! But, without Valtozash... What?! How is this possible?! Who's playing?! Why am I here?! Why do we exist?!
All these questions and more will be answered... right now! Mostly.
Valtosesh Pt.3 is going to be a mind melter. Therein will be back in full band glory, but the Jazz-Metal Big Band Behemoth known as Valtozash will be replaced by some Eastern-European inspired mayhem provided by Greshka. Joining in on the sesh is the newly rebranded Exotic Potion Cookies, who will feed you god knows what - but it'll be a magical experience. And last but not least, the swingin' heavyweights Barrelhouse are coming to swing their stuff right in your face!
Barrelhouse continues on where Nescient ended: when three members of death metal band Nescient decided that with the new direction they were heading, it didn’t feel right continuing under their current name - so Barrelhouse was formed. Swing and heavy metal aren’t two genres that are normally associated with each other, but damn it, together they just work.
EXOTIC POTION COOKIES
Take a cup of Alt-Rock, add a dash of Jazz, a pinch of Hip-Hop, a splash of Electronica, sprinkle with Classical, and whatever else you can find in the cupboard. Grab a Metal spoon and mix the Funk out of it. Bake at 420º for 69 minutes. Consume hot.
Greška is a five piece neo-gypsy/klezmer ensemble not unlike a chipotle and cocaine kebab: you’re not sure where it’s from, but it sure knocks you off your tits. A torn canvas of Romanian gypsy dons a filthy smear of western metal, jazz-funk and classical-arrangement.
Therein is a progressive metal band from Brisbane, Australia. A brazen writing style with little regard to trends or convention, and idiosyncratic tastes of the band members sees the band twist and turn through a nebulous catalogue of styles. Equal parts heavy and weird.
