Brunswick's Rocking Monday on Australia Day Holiday will see 3 local bands showcase a variety of Melbourne rock.

Monday the 28th (Australia Day holiday) will see The Spotted Mallard host three great local bands for an afternoon of rock.  Firstly at 4pm, Two Quirks will be opening with their unique fusion alternative and progressive rock. This instrumental bass and drum duo will create intricate grooves and rhythms for you to wrap your head around. At 5pm, The Plastic Crowns are a three piece with overdriven jangly guitar hooks intertwined with melodic vocals who are following successes at The Corner Hotel. Headlining the night at 5pm are Vicuna Coat. This well seasoned, 5 piece folk rock band bring harmonizing vocals, layered guitars and a variety of unusual instruments to the show. 

This exciting lineup is the perfect event for a lazy Monday afternoon at The Spotted Mallard.
