Tripod Christmas Show - Sunday 5th December

It’s Christmas! Hang your metaphorical stockings on the fireplace (sit yourself down in the Brunswick Ballroom) and Tripod will come down the chimney (enter the stage) and put (sing) gifts (songs) into your stockings (you) so that the next morning you’ll wake up and say “I feel loved by someone other than my family.”

This year the Tripod Christmas Show is on the 5th December - before things get too mental.  Scod, Yon and Gatesy show off their beloved catalogue of Khristmas Kharacters (TM) - not to mention special guest Jude Perl!

Get out your calendar, find the first Sunday in each month and write Tripod on it.

Tripod are continuing their once-a month-Sunday-afternoon shows, at the spangly new Brunswick Ballroom.

Every show will be different, as Tripes dip into their deep, deep back catalogue of clever-stupid tunes, bang out new ones and slip in the odd cover, serving it all with thick harmonies and swiss-watch acoustic guitar parts.

Come and clap your vinegary, sticky, salty hands - that is to say they have food at the Ballroom which includes buffalo wings.

The Brunswick Artists' Bar and Brunswick Ballroom will be operating under the Victorian State Government vaccination mandate. Therefore, as outlined in the Victorian Roadmap, only patrons, staff and artists who are double vaccinated against Covid-19 will be able to enter the venue.

Customers are required to check-in via the Service Victoria App with a valid Vaccination certificate as they enter the venue.

The venue will be taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:
- Hand sanitiser dispensers
- Signage and social distancing markers throughout the venue
- Regular sanitising of the venue and full clean between sittings

Photo ID is essential, acceptable ID is a current and valid Australian Photo Drivers Licence, State Approved ‘Proof of Age’ card or Passport.
