Melbourne post rock / post metal band TREEBEARD are launching their new album 'SNOWMAN' on Friday 20th September for what is sure to be an incredible night hosted by the awesome folks at Shotkickers.

Following on from their 2021 album 'NOSTALGIA', Treebeard have established themselves as a driving force in Australia's growing prog / post music scenes. In 2023 they signed with the prolific label Bird's Robe and have since shared the stage with numerous staple bands of the genre Australian and international, including Russian Circles, Tangled Thoughts of Leaving, Hubris, Solkyri & Mushroom Giant.

The band's latest release 'SNOWMAN' is a trove of melodic hooks and pounding riffs, encompassing a wide and emotive spectrum of sounds, its various singles already highly regarded by fans and critics in the scene.

Supporting the night are special guests SOMA PLUME, marking the first ever Melbourne performance for the Sydney-based atmospheric / doom metal group. Also joining the line up are stoner rock favourites DROID and ambient trio BLACK ALEPH.
