The event organisers have been in touch to let us know the Trance Anthems show featuring Papa Smurfwhich was scheduled to take place on Friday 4 June 2021 at 170 Russell Melbourne has been cancelled. 

Message from the event organisers:

Papa himself has had a longstanding injury that now requires immediate surgery, unfortunately his recovery period falls on June 4th.
 
 Lucky Ent & 170 Russell apologise for the inconvenience. Full refunds will be issued straight away. 
 
 We wish Papa a speedy recovery.

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual.You don’t need to do anything; your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account and we’ll let you know when this has been done. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this. 

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix.

This event will run as a regular club show with dancing permitted. If the event is not able to run in this format on the above date, the event date will be rescheduled. In this instance, all ticket holders will be entitled to retain their ticket for the new event date, or obtain a refund upon request if unable to attend the new date.

Widely considered a longstanding veteran within Melbourne’s music scene Papa Smurf, The local trance legend skyrocketed to popularity earlier this year.

Papa Smurf has been highly requested by long-time fans and new followers alike, single-handedly re-invigorating the sound of Melbourne’s club-scene in the late 90’s and early 00’s, in a modern context.

We are excited to be welcoming him to Billboard / 170 Russell on Friday 4th June for a party that will be something magical.
