Introducing The Tin Knees, a theatrical music confection based in Sydney, Australia. With humble roots on Australia's east coast, in both the quaint country town of Dubbo and the bustling coastal city of Wollongong, these musicians have a unique approach to performance that's equally as brazen as it is cheeky.

Indulge in a signature synth pop, surf rock, jazz infused sound with saucy lyrics that get even the most sensible mothers hot and bothered. Lead by the unapologetic creativity of Leonardo Sunshine on lead vocals and guitar, with Genie Baby on vocals and keys, Quinton Kiss on lead guitar, Dexter Sex on saxophone, Coco Sugar on bass and Frankie Desire on drums.

The band had its beginnings playing gigs at local music venues, including Wollongong's dearly departed RAD Bar. In 2018, The Tin Knees won the University of Wollongong Jam competition and performed at Yours & Owls music festival. In early 2020, they released their debut EP 'The Tin Knees Are Dead' with a sold-out tour across the east coast of NSW. Their success continued upward as the plucky pandemic jam "Has Anybody Seen My Will To Live?" skyrocketing The Tin Knees' niche, international following. In 2022, they played at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland with House of Oz.

Now back from their trip feeling stronger than ever, The Tin Knees are ready to make a comeback with new music and big plans to conquer the streets of Australia, before taking on the rest of the world.
