Thirty years and seven albums in, the T-Bones are a wizened version of the fresh faced and dusty band that drove down the Sunraysia Highway to Melbourne in 1987. With country drenched rock that evokes the Sunnyboys and the Hitmen, they're as real and as dry as a Mallee drought, as harrowing as a truckstop diner and hungrier than a ute full of pickers. With a two lead guitar and four vocal attack they'll make you dance, swoon, and cry all in the same gig.

Just for their classic "Seventeen" they're worth the price of admission but since you paid to get in prepare to be transported to the fringe of the desert for songs of trial, tribulation loss and love all to the lazy backdrop of the mighty Murray River, the highway towns and a country boys take on Melbourne. Andrew "Pip" Pupillo Vocals and acoustic guitar. Charlie Wilde on lead guitar, James Stewart on lead guitar. Miles McNicol on drums and Alice Gate Eastly on bass.

The T-Bones will be joined by a Melbourne based Alt Country Bluegrass band of gents going back over 20 years.

Started in 1993 as The Pheasant Pluckers.

Now The Pheasantry.
