THE RED SHORE
(Reunion)

Ten years on, and their Invasion Fest set has proven that the love within the Australian heavy scene for The Red Shore runs deep. Since the announcement of that reunion show, home town fans have been chomping at the bit for a show, and now Invasion Fest is proud to announce The Red Shore are returning to Melbourne stages for one night only.

Hailing from Geelong, The Red Shore cut their teeth on the same stages as Parkway Drive and I Killed The Prom Queen, rising to infamy by pioneering the early Australian deathcore sound, and helping build the foundations for the international respect the Australian heavy scene has today. Their set at Invasion Fest was one of the most anticipated of the whole day, and the energy in the room was something to experience.

Joining The Red Shore for this one off event will be an array of old and new faces. Taking a break from teasing about their recording process, Melbourne’s Alpha Wolf will take the stage and bring the heaviest breakdowns they have with them. Dear friends of The Red Shore, Deez Nuts & Shinto Katana will be making it feel like old times, while Zeolite will make sure the night starts off right. This night will be about celebrating the legacy of The Red Shore and no doubt one for the history books!
