With nearly two decades of experience in AR, management, promoting and touring international and local talent across the globe, The Operatives have long set their sights on a highly curated record label, continuing their mission to champion young talent and accelerate Australian musical culture around the world.

Now, with a fully-formed roster of releases across the remainder of 2022, and their community of music lovers behind them, The Operatives are proud to launch their own record label in association with Moreland City Councils Resonate program with a host of genre-bending releases across neo-soul, jazz, hip-hop, Grime and electronic music, featuring

Melbourne's Emma Volard, Yung Shogun, Southside Denny and special guests Khya, Nikodimos in the theatre.

Join JPS, Antagonize, Honeydew, x8nder.m and Kaira Cuvee in the garden.

This will also be the debut and single launch for Yung Shogun’s new track “Tell Me” as well as the debut of his first short film “Frère “ directed by Nick Rae and Jonathan Karalis of 76m fame.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri & Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the owners of the land on which we operate, where sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to their elders — past, present & emerging. "Resonate is part of On the Road Again, a Victorian Government initiative to bring live music back across the state."
