The Oxford Art Factory proudly presents a night of funk and psychedelic rock from Sydney's finest bands of the moment, The Kava Kings and The Shang! 

The Kava Kings’ are a collection of salty haired boys from south of Sydney.They embody the sound and lifestyle of the beaches and will make you delirious with their crunchy coastal tunes.

Joining The Kava Kings are The Shang, a four-piece alt-rock band from Camden in the outskirts of Western Sydney. They hold close to their hearts their different influences, from rock to psychedelia, incorporating these elements into their playing style.

With special guests The Vitriots who are quickly gaining traction in the Australian Rock scene. With their latest EP ‘Lobster Brain’ releasing just last November, the young Sydney outfit have gone against the grain of their alternative garage sound, in a direct statement from a band strives to break the confines of genre.
