These Summer School Holidays your little ones are invited to learn the fine art of dumpling making at The Espy's in-house Cantonese restaurant, Mya Tiger.

Led by Head Chef, Sarah Chan, and dumpling extraordinaire, Bing li, budding master chefs will learn to knead, wrap and roll traditional Chinese dumplings.

From various pleating techniques to the different ways of cooking yum cha favourites, our fun and experienced team will guide your little ones through dumpling creation from start to finish.
