THE CULTURE INDUSTRY (Wollongong)

The Culture Industry is an Australian 'Grunkpunge' trio from Wollongong NSW. Established in 2014 the current line up consists of Gnarly on guitars and lead vocals, Nagy on bass and vocals and Leemoss on drums and vocals. Having known each other for over ten years the band have developed an intense chemistry that have solidified a strong reputation in the underground scene. With a DIY hardworking ethos, the boys made their international tour debut last February, playing to a very enthusiastic Indonesian Punk crowd which you can check on their music vid 'Snitch'. Their latest Music vid 'Dying in the streets' has also just been released showing how homlessness is a massive problem in our home country. Their latest single 'The Purge' has also just been released under Wreckless Enterprises, along with some amazing bands, the vinyl compilation is available for pre-sales now! Having played alongside some of Australia’s biggest punk bands, (Frenzal Rhomb, The Hard -Ons, The Meanies etc) The Culture Industry are set to tour 0z throughout 2020 hitting up Qld, VIC, ACT and Tasmania-stay tuned for more dates!

Cowboys and Injuries (Gold Coast)

With around 10 gigs in the 12 months since forming, Cowboys and Injuries are about the live sound. It’s fun, solid punk rock with a Gold Coast flavour. Playing both Brisbane and Gold Coast our biggest crowds have been as one of the local support bands for Guttermouth and the other with Get Dead.

Matt and Nick on guitars kick off a lot of the songwriting, including this song, ‘Antivaccication’. This song’s definitely aimed at being a kick in the teeth to uneducated anti-vax supporters. We’ve got a big range of seriousness in the songs we play, others are just for laughs but there’s a bit of each of our attitudes and personalities in there. Lyrical writing is often shared with Andy, the drummer and Dave brings in the bass and the technical skills for our recordings. Kombi Killers (Sunshine Coast)

4 punks from the Sun Shine Coast QLD Australia ... We don't like playing covers much and we don't like hippies !!! We try to keep our shit sounding old school and are into music like ... Anit-Nowere League, Sex Pistols, GBH, DMS, Misfits, Pixies, Slayer, Rage aganst the machine, Clutch, ect. A few years back we meet each other through an add our singer Steve put up in the local rag ... Years and years before that we were all playing in other bands such as The Grogans, Chronic, Real Bad Egg and 3rd Appendage but, People fight, shit happens, cunts move and those bands broke up ... so now we're Kombi Killing !!!
