The Freo Dub Club is BACK and we’re ready to celebrate ONE YEAR of FDC providing dub, reggae, steppas and a cheeky sprinkle of jungle, sound system culture, and the most amazing community in WA with a bang! 

This isn’t just any event – it’s the season opener AND our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY celebration all in one massive day & night party!

LINE UP:

We’ve got a huge line-up featuring two interstate legends, who’ve just returned from their UK tour, playing WA for the very first time:

 Housewife’s Choice – Melbourne’s Original Fire Lady Sound Kicking it off with Australia's first all women run Dub Sound represented by the incredible Miss Fee, Housewife’s Choice has been igniting dancefloors for over 25 years! Known for her passion for vinyl and love of reggae, dub, and steppers, Miss Fee brings soul-stirring energy and deep selections every time. Recently back from a UK tour, she’s ready to show WA why she’s known as Melbourne’s Fire Lady Sound, running her own sound system since 2021. This is one performance you do not want to miss! 

 Adrians Wall – The Rootikal Warrior This UK-born sound system legend has been pushing the boundaries of reggae and dub for years! Adrians Wall started building his sound system back in 2007 and has since become a driving force in the Australian sound system scene, spreading roots & culture all across the country. With his heavy sound and commitment to unity through music, Adrian has hosted international legends like Channel One, Mungo’s Hi-Fi, and Dennis Bovell. For the first time in WA, prepare to feel the power of Adrians Wall live in session! 

And that's not all – to round off this epic line-up, we’ve got some of our local legends on deck to keep the vibe high all night long:

 Acid Dub Foundation – Your favorite psychedelic Dub Affair, freshly returned from his Europe tour and back in Freo,

known for heavy basslines and dubwise grooves, he's set to fire up the dancefloor. For this show he will be teaming up with Kaya Nomadikha on Mic and the fabulous Loose Springsteen on Horns & Keys! Expect big sounds, live dubbing, deep vibes, and a set that’ll shake the foundations! 

 KBI Sound System – 8 scoops of pure, chest-massaging bass!

Powering the whole night with their full stack, KBI Sound System is WA’s finest, with roots going back to the UK. The sound and energy will be MASSIVE, so prepare yourself as KBI provides Word, Sound & Power in original 90's UK fashion! 

 Circus Acts – And because it’s a dub circus, we’re bringing the vibes inside and outside the ring! Expect dazzling performances from our fabulous circus artists and a night filled with surprises.
