Have fun learning the basics of Japanese drumming, TAIKO!

UQ Taiko will be providing us with an hour of fun through an introduction to the incredible art of Japanese drumming, TAIKO. They will be teaching us some Taiko drumming techniques using a variety of Taiko drums, and then we will learn how to play a song. This event is not restricted to students of The Buttery - parents, friends and family please feel free to be a part of this awesome experience! Excited to see you there.

When: 10am Saturday 27th March 2021

Duration: one hour

Age: Grade 6 and above

Cost: $30 per person plus ticketing fee

Capacity: 16 people

Where: Superordinary, 62 Mary St Brisbane City

Driving: 

- Park at King George Square Carpark (cost is $5 for 4 hours on a Saturday) and walk 550m to venue
