The Blues Brothers fire up the Bluesmobile and head for Queenstown

The Blues Brothers Revival Band" first formed in 1983 in Queensland. By the mid 1980’s tour destinations had included every state in Australia followed by New Zealand. This makes The Blues Brothers Revival one of the first, most successful and longest running concept bands in Australia. The original Jake (Stephen “Styne” Ashton) and a great new Elwood (Darren Sangwell) joined forces in 2005. With passion, energy and professionalism they continue to deliver a show with all the crowd favourites from the movie plus some new fun tunes added in. The Blues Brothers Revival are an 11-piece band that will bring a party to any occasion. It’s now over 35 years since they first put on the iconic Pork Pie hats and Ray Ban sunnies for Jake and Elwood to Party So…If you have forgotten what it’s like to have fun, grab your hat n sunnies and take a trip back to Chicago to shake your tail feathers… with the show band of Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues….
