On headline duties for this month is the charming and laid-back Daniel Townes.

Joining Daniel will be Christian Elderfield who will be your host and MC for the evening.

DANIEL TOWNES

Townes pours 16 years of experience onstage into his dry, intelligent and brilliantly relatable comedy, with a laid-back charm that makes entertaining a room full of strangers look easy. With a knack for uncovering universal truths and packaging them with punchlines that relate to everyone, by the end of the show you'll feel like you've known him for years.

He's an annual regular at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Sydney Comedy Festival. He has performed at the prestigious invite-only Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, and won fans worldwide, headlining comedy clubs throughout the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, Spain, Ireland, South Africa, Canada, The Netherlands, the UAE, Qatar, and all over Australia.

His hour long special for Comedy Next Gen (ABC Comedy) in 2018 was one of their most popular for the season. He has also performed on Comedy Up Late (ABC Comedy), The Stand Up Series(Just For Laughs Sydney, Comedy Channel), Good News Week (Ch 10), Stand Up Australia(Comedy Channel), The Footy Show (Ch 9), Stand Up (ABC), and had numerous appearances

on Cracker Night, The Sydney Comedy Festival Gala (Comedy Channel)

CHRISTIAN ELDERFIELD

The ridiculously talented Christian Elderfield is a UK comic whose electric stage presence and astute wit has thrilled audiences since he started comedy in 2011.

Having grown up in a small English village and discovering that his parents were cousin's Christian decided to move away before the marriage proposals from family members started rolling in.

Christian is a very accomplished comedian with 4 Edinburgh festivals under his belt, 2 Adelaide Fringes, one Perth Fringe, and also an appearance on Britain's Got Talent where he received 4 yes's from the judges. He also runs a very successful monthly comedy night at The Quarrymans Hotel in Pyrmont, Sydney.

His stand up is a mix of wonderfully punchy storytelling, clever observations and a happy-go-lucky stage persona and this has got him through to many UK comedy competition finals including Comedy Cafe's New act of the Year, Bath New Act of the Year, The London Comedy Store's King Gong and the Golden Jester.

Christian has now settled in Sydney and is making waves on the comedy scene having hosted, headlined and featured at a number of established venues. The only thing lacking from this comedian's repertoire is a valid visa.
