CORONAVIRUS - YOT CLUB EVENT INFORMATION

To all our Valued Customers, we would like to share some important information on our future event schedule

Are any events being cancelled ? 

We have no plans to cancel any scheduled YOT Club events. The YOT Club passenger capacity falls under the recommendation to suspend events for 500 people and over. 

New protocol to protect safety of passengers 

The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our number one priority. We are carefully monitoring the directions and advice of Queensland Health and the Australian Government Department of Health. We have put in place a new protocol that includes recommended cleaning and hygiene best practice.

All of us here at the YOT club strongly believe in the power of positivity, as a community we can get through this, coming out the other side stronger and more connected than before !

Refund Policy:

We have a no-refund policy, however under the current circumstances, if guests are unable to attend or choose not to attend the event they have purchased tickets to, we will provide a full credit to be used at another event within the next 12 months - to change your current booking please email info@yotclub.com.au

Please ensure you have valid photo ID to produce at Departure.

VIP Booth Bookings: Take your YOT CLUB experience to the next level – We have a limited number of private booths available for you and your guests - enjoy your cruise with your own dedicated staff on hand, with bottle service. We ask all guests to check the weather conditions and dress appropriately.

Dress Code: The YOT Club is an up market venue and we encourage patrons to dress to a high standard. Men are encouraged to wear a collared shirt.

The following will result in access being declined on this occasion:

Thongs, sandals or jogging shoes.Singlets, tank tops, sports jerseys or gym and training wear

Beachwear and Swimwear including mens board shorts

Clothing bearing offensive slogans or pictures.

Dirty or unkempt clothing, footwear or appearance.

Backpack and knapsack

Tattoo Policy

No face, head or knuckle tattoo’s.

No tattoos that are offensive or gang related.

Neck tattoos are required to be covered.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or group at any time at it’s sole discretion.

Entry ID requirements:

Patrons must be 18 years and over to board the YOT Club. Acceptable forms of ID required:

A current Australian Drivers License.

An Australian or foreign passport
